This hotel is the perfect spot for commuting to my office. It's rare that I have any issues, but if I do, they are immediately addressed if I bring it to the attention of the front desk. It also has the perfect location to access my favorite Benbrook-area restaurants & businesses. There's even one within walking distance. For my money, there's no better deal in town. Clean recently updated room that was comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and knowledgeable. He had an air of competency. Overall good stay
Room was spacious and clean, only complaint is during a thunderstorm on our 3rd night the room windows leaked water terribly while closed, and a mouse ran across our floor. I assume it got in the building to take shelter from the storm. If you expect perfect for the price keep looking. We also used the washer and dryer they worked fine. People can and will find fault with anything.
Hotel was great for the price. Rooms were clean and didn’t smell musty. I’m giving a 4 because the food could have been a little better. It was just a frozen biscuit (yes we had to defrost in microwave) sausage and egg. They had cereal and oatmeal with some yogurt cups. The coffee didn’t have any flavored creamer just basic. Overall it was a great place. Besides the weed smell in the hallways…..
I was looking for an inexpensive stay while visiting the hospital on Bryant Irvin. The hotel is not fancy, but was clean pleasant and the staff was courteous and helpful. And it's right by Cracker Barrel! :) the room had everything I needed and more, including a refrigerator and microwave - even things I didn't need like an iron and ironing board. And I slept like a baby. I highly recommend this as an excellent budget lodging.
This one one of the best stays I've ever enjoyed! The service was beyond excellent. The room was clean and very comfortable. I have nothing but compliments to the property as all stars!! Thank you!
